Horrible Customer Service

Where do I start: First they told me part in stock, then sent me an invoice for one amount and deducted almost a $1 more than the invoice from my account the next day. So they took the money before sending the part. Invoice said 3-7 days delivery, 18 days later still waiting for the part. (not even in stock, manufacturing delay)This Texas Company is the worst, you don't even get anyone in America for customer service. This is a sad day for this Texas Company

Pushing the little shops out

Why would a large company push the smaller shops out? They sent a letter stating they will no longer deliver parts. We can order them but must pick them up. Pricing is of course way more then other shops. Now your purchasing ATA and we still can't get parts delivered or good pricing. Why are you discriminating against the small businesses?

Poor Customer service

Called to see why my package had not moved or processed in 3 days. When contacting customer support the message said sorry we are unable to talk to you and take calls at this time please email us. Which I did and to this day(week later) still no reply?
So I called back and when option to order came up I hit that and low and behold they are still taking orders! Can't help with customer service but yet we can still take your money.My package said Monday the 27th and today is Monday the 27 th and I just tracked again and now its. Projected date is the 30th ...yet it took them less than 30 minutes to yank the money out of my acct. I hope I even get the part now? SMH

They are thieves

I paid $480 for a hood and fender. A month later they refund me $275. No communication at all. Dont know where the rest of my money is or my parts they supposedly had in stock

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. You can not return core for deposit refund. The part they sent did not work. This is NOT @ “hassle free “ experience. By far.

worst place I have ever ordered parts…

worst place I have ever ordered parts from. First of the parts came in a bag and the boxes inside were somewhat crushed. We installed 4 oxygen sensors on a Porsche that was running OK but had a eng. check light on.
The car will not run now and all 4 sensors show a code "Low voltage"
Ok so I called to order replacements this time Bosch. Got a guy in probably Bangladesh who was no help.
I requested a RMA so I could get a credit or refund 3 TIMES now 3 weeks later no response.
So now after 2 weeks I have an RMA # but shipping authority 5 days later the Fed X label and shipping label with bar code is sent by e mail. It will not print I've tried every which way so I can't ship parts back for credit. These guys can't even handle returns of bad parts.

I ordered a tail light cover for a 91…

I ordered a tail light cover for a 91 Toy truck which I thought was coming UPS- it turned out to be USPS. When I finally got it there was no receipt inside the box. So i went back to my original order and was stonewalled there. I replied to them that I hadn't received reciet and got a " message NOT delivered" What are these guys? A bunch of Jr. High junkyard bums?

Trying to return an item is a…

Trying to return an item is a nightmare. I filled out the on line return
form and never received a response. I called the customer service
line twice to get help. both times they said they emailed my RMA number but it never came through. I even tried 2 different email
addresses. After about 5 attempts nothing ever came through but
amazingly I did receive the customer service survey emails at both
emails.Of course I filled them out accordingly. I did receive a verbal
RMA number and a return shipping address. I keeping my fingers crossed hopping to see a refund someday. If not my next email
will be to the BBA.

I tried to buy a CAPA hood for my daughters Honda civic - Looked to be a good price - Said it was in stock when I ordered it at their online website - only to get an email two days later it was out of stock. So, I called - ; The customer service rep XT4002 was very nice - she said there were 23 in stock, so i ordered it on the phone and used some APW points - not bad. Problem was I checked my email two days later - no receipt , so i called again - rep said it was out of stock..Complete waste of 6 days for me and my daughter cant drive her car without a hood. Ordered on ebay - BOO APW
